The Bachelor Archives is a digital collection containing historical and contemporary issues of Wabash College's student newspaper The Bachelor. Access is available from the newspaper's first issue in 1908 thru December 2023. Physical copies are available in the Robert T. Ramsay, Jr. Archival Center. The most recent issues are available on The Bachelor’s website.
When viewing an issue of The Bachelor, there is information about the issue—the metadata—below the PDF viewer. The Contributors field includes the editor-in-chief's name. The Publisher field includes the name of the publishing group or organization as listed in the issue. To search for specific years, use the advanced search and put a year or date in the year-month-day format (i.e. YYYY-MM-DD) in quotations (e.g. "1900" or "1900-01") in the field Date or Dated Created. To quickly browse all issues by date, use the Sort by dropdown menu to sort by date ascending or descending.
